How we work
Every engagement is fixed-scope with a written boundary. No open-ended labor purchase, no surprise invoices. You always know what's included and what isn't before you pay.
- Assess first. A $299 workflow assessment maps one real process, reviews the risk and data boundary, and ranks three automation opportunities — before any build begins.
- Build bounded. Implementation sprints ship one workflow at a time, with a human approval point, a runbook, and a rollback plan. You're never handed something you can't explain to your own staff.
- Keep it local by default. Nothing is ingested, no credentials are connected, and nothing leaves your machines without your written approval and an allowlist. This service does not promise legal compliance, guaranteed revenue, perfect recall, or fully autonomous decisions.
Data and ownership
You own your approved business data. It is never exported or reused for another customer. Either party may stop future work at any time; completed scoped work remains payable. Deletion follows the allowlist and retention rule agreed at intake.
